On 22nd November, 2007, GCT NETHERLANDS B.V.,
acquired the majority of the shares of the Dutch holding company FINLOG B.V.,
This includes all its Subsidiaries, VLS-Group Germany, VLS-Group Pernis, VLS-Group Belgium,
VLS-Group Logistics Germany, VLS-Group Logistics Netherlands, VLS Moerdijk,
LogSource, and participations in Pernis Combi Terminal and ILB.
The Company owns and operates storage facilities for packed and to be packed chemicals.
Next to that they provide additional logistics services to the chemical industry in Europe.
