The Partners of Chem-Tankers C.V. have decided to discontinue the joint venture.

As from May 2008, the company’s activity will be handled by Chemship B.V.
Chemship B.V. will maintain and develop the trade from Europe to East Med and East Med to the USG with corresponding vessels:

- Chemical Marketer
- Chemical Distributor
- Chemical Trader
- Chemical Voyager
- Chem Leo     
- Chem Vega    
- Chem Orion   
- Miro D
 
Chemship B.V. will remain in the Maarssen offices and maintain the same phone numbers

On June 2008, Mr. Yehuda Cohen advised Gadot Management about his decision to resign from his present position. Mr. Cohen worked 37 years with Gadot Group and was GCTT Managing Director for 8 years.

On 8th July, 2008 Gadot board of Directors decided to appoint Mrs. Irit Eluz as Managing Director of GCTT with effect as of 11th July, 2008 and until appointment of the permanent Managing Director.

Mrs. Eluz is holding senior positions in the owning/holding companies Merhav-Ampal Energy Ltd., and Ampal American Israel Corporation.
The company expects appointing the permanent GCTT Managing Director soon.
