On 21 November 2006 Chemship B.V. acquired 100% of the shares of the
Dutch company Bax Chemicals BV., established on 25 May, 1992
(including Bax Chemicals Export Overseas B.V.).
On December, 2007 the company moved to a new location Pieter
Kramerstraat 49, 1461 AE Zuidoostbeemster, The Netherlands.
The company is trading chemicals and related products and raw materials
and processing machines.
Bax Chemicals supplies the synthetics processing industry, the pharmaceutical
industry and ink, paint and lacquer manufacturers with over 150,000 tones of chemicals a year.
Bax also owns a French subsidiary Bax Chemicals France S.A.R.L.
("Bax France").
