Gadot Solar Solutions was established during Q1 of 2010 and is headed by Avigdor (Vigi) Huber.

Gadot Solar Solutions encompasses and manages the Group's solar related activities and is primarily active in:

 

(i) Sales and distribution – within its S&D activities, Gadot Solar Solution sells and

distributes photovoltaic solar panels and other components to solar energy projects,primarily in Western Europe and Greece

 

(ii) Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) – Gadot Solar Solution also offers its customers EPC related services mostly in Israel and Western Europe.

Since its inception, Gadot Solar Solutions has shown impressive growth rates and is

expected to become a meaningful growth engine of the group.

The acquisition of Merhav Agro was recently completed and from July 1st, 2010, Merhav Agro has been fully integrated into Gadot Agro division, headed by Udi Zur.

 

Merhav Agro, founded in 1950, is one of Israel's leading suppliers of fertilizers, pesticides and other crop protection and biotechnology solutions and represents some of the leading global manufacturers in its sector.
