The Gadot Group is wholly owned by the Ampal Corporation (NASDAQ:AMPL), which, in turn, is controlled by Merhav. As such, Gadot is part of the Merhav Group, one of the largest Israeli-based multinational corporations active in diverse fields ranging from energy and natural gas, renewable energy, chemicals and logistics, to telecom and broadcasting.
